Strategic Response & Planning
To build a high-caliber overseas technical service force, the Service and Parts Department meticulously designed and launched an intensive product disassembly and assembly training program from mid-May to late June. This initiative directly supported the strategic goals of the Overseas Marketing Company by leveraging a critical opportunity—when frontline engineers returned to headquarters for debriefing—to deepen their product expertise and enhance practical troubleshooting skills through hands-on immersion.
🛠 Resource Integration & Preparation
To ensure the training’s effectiveness, the department integrated key resources in advance:
- Technical experts
- Dedicated training facilities
- Multiple model prototypes (e.g., TB504, P4000, RG130)
These efforts established a robust and efficient backend support platform.
Hands-On Training Implementation
Beginning May 18th, the program progressed methodically according to plan. On the training floor:
- Core models like the TB504, P4000, and RG130 served as hands-on “operation tables.”
- An experienced instructor team guided engineers through disassembly, reassembly, and debugging.
- Complex schematics were transformed into intuitive understanding through repeated practical exercises.
Training Outcomes & Skill Enhancement
After over a month of high-intensity training:
- Engineers’ knowledge of core products advanced from superficial parameters to deep structural and logical mastery.
- Technical judgment accuracy and on-site problem-solving capabilities improved significantly.
Strengthening Global Service Response Capabilities
This hands-on, mastery-oriented training not sharpened individual technical skills but also reinforced the foundation of the company’s global service network. As these engineers return to frontline markets, their internalized expertise and refined techniques are poised to excel in critical service scenarios—delivering exceptional support to global distributors and enhancing customer recognition in the international marketplace.
