Still Running Strong After 20 Years! Service for Life, Trust That Lasts

A Testament to Reliability: 18-Year-Old Tractor Still in Action

A LOVOL TD824 tractor operating in a palm plantation on Java Island since 2006 has recently drawn widespread attention in the Indonesian market. According to Victor, a service technician from local distributor Kotrack, the machine has accumulated more than 5,500 working hours. When a front axle issue recently required replacement, Victor reached out to LOVOL Service Manager Jimmy for technical support. He was pleasantly surprised: “I never expected such an old machine would still have full access to manuals and part numbers right away. The service and parts support are truly dependable!”

Localized Parts Supply: Faster and More Efficient Service

In line with the company’s global strategy, LOVOL is preparing to set up a parts center in Jakarta to serve the entire Indonesian market. The first batch of parts for track-type tractors, valued at RMB 700,000, has already been stored onsite. Meanwhile, tractor parts worth RMB 300,000 are ready and will be shipped in August. The upcoming parts center will enable localized operations, ensuring quicker response times and stronger product support.

Building the Brand: Comprehensive Strategy for Future Growth

As LOVOL agricultural machinery continues to expand its presence across Indonesia, brand awareness is steadily rising. Moving forward, LOVOL’s service strategy in the region will emphasize deeper channel optimization, expanded localized production, professional team development, improved end-user services, and integrated brand promotion. The aim is to secure a larger market share and accelerate the journey toward becoming a world-class equipment manufacturer.
