Today, the LOVOL India team paid a field visit to the Rice Harvester Product Validation Center in Haryana. During the visit, the team learned about local policy support for rice harvesting machinery industry, and toured multiple training facilities including student theoretical classrooms, practical operation workshops and tractor simulation training rooms.
The team held in-depth communication with the director of the product validation center, and reached an agreement on school-enterprise integration for local agricultural students. The cooperation enables local trainees to be directly recruited by LOVOL India after graduation.
This school-enterprise linkage program will deliver stable employment opportunities for local students, while continuously optimizing the overall competency and quality of LOVOL’s local employee team in India. It lays a solid talent foundation for LOVOL to further expand rice harvester business and consolidate market presence across North India.
