The AC Principles And Tools Of Tracked Harvester

I.Working principle of AC

The air conditioning refrigeration system of the rice harvester is connected into a closed system using copper pipes (or aluminum pipes, steel pipes) and high-pressure rubber hoses. When the refrigeration system is operating, the refrigerant circulates in different states within this closed system. Each cycle has four basic processes: compression and liquefaction, heat dissipation and cooling, throttling and atomization, and heat absorption and refrigeration.

II.Special maintenance tools for AC

Branch Pipe Pressure Gauge Set

The red gauge is the high-pressure gauge, connected to the compressor discharge port charging valve; the blue gauge is the low-pressure gauge, connected to the compressor suction port charging valve; the middle port is connected to a vacuum pump or refrigerant tank.

Vacuum pump

Due to the large size of the air conditioning system, it is recommended to use a 2L vacuum pump to improve maintenance efficiency.

Quick connector

Open the valve (this part is needed for small canister refrigerant)

Refrigerant: Genuine HFC-134a refrigerant is required, with a technical specification of adding 1200g.
